Ingredients
  • 4 large fresh pears
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ c. natural honey (unprocessed)
Instructions
  1. Peel, core and halve the pears.
  2. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer.
  5. Cook until pears are soft and cranberries have burst open, about 25 minutes. Uncover to cool.
  6. Serve warm or cold. Yum!
